This evening we were made aware of an issue with ParentPay. Our IT Servicedesk are working on this as we speak and we hope that it will be back up and running by tomorrow.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱, 𝗻𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗴𝗼 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗹𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵. Please ask your child to get their food as normal and our canteen team will take their name, what they have chosen to eat will be added to their ParentPay account. We will let you know when it is back up and running.
