Every trip we take our students on will be an introduction to careers and the world of work.
International: Ski Trip
Every year there is an opportunity to go skiing. We have been to Kaprun, Austria and this year we are off to Jay Peaks, Vermont!

An exciting opportunity for our year 10 students to visit an Andy Warhol exhibition which links nicely to their Pop Icons project.
English: GCSE English Literature
In order to support their learning and enjoyment of key texts, we take GCSE English Literature students to:
- The Waterside Theatre in Aylesbury to see ‘An Inspector Calls’.
- To Northampton to take part in ‘Poetry Live’.
- To see ‘A Christmas Carol’
- In-school, we host a performance of ‘Macbeth’ for our GCSE students.
Performing Arts: Theatre
We regularly attend theatre shows. We have previously seen:
- Music: Afro Celt Sound System, The Stables
- Drama: Blood Brothers, The Woman in Black
Pastoral: Outward Bound (selected students)

MFL: Cologne Christmas Markets
MFL students have the opportunity to try out their German skills in the city of Cologne, as well as see the famous Lindt Chocolate Museum and the German Museum of the Olympic Games.
MFL: St. Omer, France
Our MFL students have the opportunity to try out their French skills in and around St. Omer, where they got to experience the fine art of baking a croissant and even tried some escargots!
