Teacher Degree Apprenticeship with University of Brighton

Teacher Degree Apprenticeship is a new apprenticeship being launched in England this year, initially focussing on those wishing to teach in secondary school, teaching maths, and in primary school (age 5-11).
The webinar will be relevant for all schools wishing to learn more about the Teacher Degree Apprenticeship. It will be suitable for individuals considering an apprenticeship, as well as those in school settings who are considering Teacher Degree Apprenticeships for their existing workforce, future workforce and those careers advisers and teachers supporting students considering their next steps. Attendees will hear more about:
- The TDA scheme, and how it will work in practice.
- Grants available for schools to access to contribute to the trainee's salary and training costs (secondary only)
- Entry requirements and eligibility criteria
- The delivery model and duration of programme
- The application and approval process
