Administrative Assistant - SEND and Pastoral

Required from September 2017

Bucks Pay Range 2 pro rata from £18,517 pa (full time equivalent)

20 hours per week, 39 weeks per year

Applications are invited for a newly created administrative role to join our busy team. The successful candidate will primarily support the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Team, and also provide general administrative support as part of the school's Administration Team. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hardworking, self-motivated and enjoys working with young people.

Inclusion Co-ordinator

Bucks Pay Range 3 pro rata (from £21,167 pa) FTE

37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year

We are looking to appoint an Inclusion Co-ordinator to join our busy Pastoral Team.  This new role will provide effective and efficient support to promote positive attitudes to learning and to behaviour in order to maximise the achievement and wellbeing of students within a caseload.  Proven experience of working with young people in an advice and guidance capacity is essential.

Bucks Pay Range 5 pro rata (from £25,403 pa) FTE

37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year

We are looking to appoint an Alternative Provision Co-ordinator to join our busy Pastoral Team. This new role will provide effective and efficient support to promote positive attitudes to learning and to behaviour in order to maximise the achievement and wellbeing of students within a caseload.  Proven experience of managing the behaviour of vulnerable students to prevent exclusion and disaffection is essential.
